When life feels scattered, even the smallest rituals can bring us back to focus. That’s the inspiration behind this month’s Simple Blend, Center Focus Spray. Crafted with Plai, Balsam Copaiba and Frankincense essential oils, this blend helps quiet mental chatter, support concentration and invite a grounded sense of clarity.

The Essential Oils and Their Benefits

  • Plai: Warm and slightly spicy. Helps release tension and promotes mental alertness. Its grounding qualities make it ideal for centering scattered thoughts.

  • Balsam Copaiba: Smooth and resinous scent. Deeply calming. Soothe anxious energy and encourage a steady mindset.

  • Frankincense: Earthy. Has been used in meditation rituals for its ability to promote clarity, reduce distractions and invite a sense of inner balance.

Supplies:
2 ounce spritz bottle. Preferably dark in color.
A funnel can be a helpful tool for adding ingredients to the bottle, but not required.

Recipe:
8 drops Plai (Zingiber cassumunar)
6 drops Copaiba Balsam (Copaifera officinalis or Copaifera spp.)
6 drops Frankincense (Boswellia Carterii)
2 ounces Distilled Water

Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients into the bottle. Shake before each use.
