A bit about our services

A treatment designed with your practitioner that will focus on all or specific areas of the body of greatest benefit to your session goals and needs. A variety of bodywork techniques may be used including Swedish, myofacial release, stretching, massage cupping, gua sha and more (Massage tools are not used without client consent.)
Relax deeper into your personalized treatment with a 90 minute massage.
Craniosacral therapy uses gentle touch to engage with the central nervous system. You will leave the session with a sense of well being and feeling very relaxed.

CST Sessions
A facial designed around your skin type and tailored to your skin care goals. The service may include hot towels, steam, cooling tools and facial massage. We use locally crafted skin care and strive to educate to create holistic rituals at home for skin wellness.
