A variety of bodywork techniques may be used including Swedish, myofacial release, stretching, massage cupping, gua sha and more (Massage tools are not used without client consent.)

Add a mini skin experience to your 60 minute custom massage. The facial will include cleansing, exfoliation & hydration at the beginning of the session for a truly full body experience.

Craniosacral therapy uses gentle touch manipulation of your head, neck, and the bottom of your spine to interact with the central nervous system. You will leave the session with a sense of well being and feeling very relaxed.

A facial designed around your skin type and tailored to your skin care goals. The service may include hot towels, steam, cooling tools and facial massage. We use locally crafted skin care and strive to educate to create holistic rituals at home for skin wellness.
